2. DATA STORAGE AND PROCESSING WHEN ACCESSING THE WEBSITE
We do not use tracking tools such as Google Analytics or similar.

4.1. EVENTS AND GUEST LIST

Personal data for our events are recorded and stored for the following purposes:
Contact and invitation, compliance requirements of our client, tax audit purposes of our client

Reason for contact: Contact is established with guests (outsiders) to invite them to our events or those of our clients. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. Data processing serves the legitimate interests of DREINULL. The following personal data is recorded in this context:
First name, last name, email address

For some clients, the above-mentioned data is supplemented with the guest’s address, position, and employer for event ticket allocation (ETV). This data is then retained for tax and social security reasons for 15 years after collection. It is provided to the tax authorities and/or social insurance carriers upon request.

4.2. ONLINE APPLICATIONS
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations based on § 26 BDSG. This may include contact details, all data related to the application (e.g., CV, certificates, qualifications, responses to questions, etc.), and optionally, bank account information (for reimbursement of travel expenses). We process the data you provide us in the context of your online application exclusively for the purpose of applicant selection. Data processing for other purposes does not occur.
You determine the extent of the data you wish to transmit to us as part of your online application. Online applications are transmitted via email to our HR department and processed there as soon as possible. Typically, applications are forwarded to the heads of the relevant departments in our company, and in the case of an interview, they are passed on to the participants. Your information will be treated confidentially. In the event of an unsuccessful application, your documents will be deleted no later than 6 months after the deadline.
In the event that we may also consider your application for other or future job postings, we request an appropriate note on the application or inquire via email directly regarding inclusion in our applicant pool. We then process your data based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
